Shipping & Returns

Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $100 and over! Shipping for orders under $99 is $9.90 USD. All standard shipping orders are shipped with USPS.
Orders are processed and shipped out the same day during business days Wednesday-Friday before 3pm EST.
Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped the NEXT business day.
Orders placed Saturday-Tuesday will be shipped first thing Wednesday morning. We will do our best to ship out urgent items as soon as possible! Email katie@simplytan.biz for urgent shipping needs. during non business days.
FREE local pickup is available in Binghamton, NY during boutique hours Wednesday-Saturday. (Shop Hours: Wednesday 11am-7pm, Thursday 11am-7pm, Friday 11am-5pm, Saturday 12pm-4pm)
Please note Simply Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
