1) How do I contact Simply Apparel?

2) How can I track my item(s)?

Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that you may receive more than one tracking number depending on how many items you purchased on our website. 

3) How long does shipping take?
Shipping may take anywhere between 5-7 working days, depending on your location. 

4) When will my order ship if some items contain a pre-order item?
The order will ship when the pre-order item arrives. All of your items will arrive all at the same time.

5) Who delivers my item(s)?
Your items are delivered by your local postal service in your location.

6) Where do you ship from?
We currently ship from our shop location out of Binghamton, NY. We try to get your items to you as fast as possible!

7) Can I change my address after receiving confirmation of shipping?
Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

8) I placed an order for in-store pick up. How will I know it is ready?
When your order is fulfilled by, you will receive an email that your order has been fulfilled. You may pick up your order anytime during store hours.
